Use as a clear thickener. Use 1/4 cup Perma-Flo to 1 quart of liquid. Bring liquid to a boil before adding Perma-Flo. Do not overboil.
PERMA-FLO starch is much like Kleer Jel and and should be used like Kleer Jel. Some of the benefits of this product: A slightly creamier product should result when comparing to Kleer Jel. When it is used in large quanities it should not have an off flavor as sometimes results with Kleer Jel. When a product made with PERMA-FLO is frozen it should not become watery when it is thawed as can happen with other food starches.
