Ing: Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) dextrose, soybean oil, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), soy flour, dry whey, mono & diglycerides with BHT & citric acid as preservatives, sodium stearoyl lactylate, nonfat milk solids, nonfat dry milk, wheat starch, corn oil, beta carotene as color, enzymes, citric acid, silicon dioxide, alpha tocopherols as preservative.
Mixing Instructions: Combine 3 cups Donut Mix & 2 tsp. Instant Yeast in bowl. Add 1 cup warm (110 degrees) water. Mix to a soft dough. Knead 5-8 minutes. Cover & let raise 30 minutes or until double. Punch down. Let raise 10-15 minutes. Roll to " to " thick. Cut. Cover & let raise 30 minutes or until double. Fry at 375 degrees til golden brown on each side. Makes 12-15 donuts.
