I couldn't be happier with the grain mill that I bought from Weaver's Country Market. I ground 4 different grains (Hard White, Sorghum, Spelt & Buckwheat) and made the most fantastic pancakes.

I purchase in bulk - and the results are always very consistent with this pectin.

We were devastated last year receiving an email last year telling us Weavers was closing. My entire family and friends immediately started ordering 2-3 Garlic Pepper knowing we couldn't live without it. My youngest daughter is 32 called and spoke to owner if there was anyway someone had the recipe. LOL, she was brought up with garlic pepper on everything from A to Z. And then received an email telling us recently it was available! My son who kept asking me to ship my stash to him is in heaven. Because this shipment went to him.
So happy Weavers is still carrying this gem of a seasoning.

This pectin works almost every time and it's easy to remake jellies that don't set. I buy the 10 lb bags since I make A LOT of jellies. It's easier than opening tons of little bags of pectin. Shipping is always within a few days and there are instructions on freezing the pectin if you won't use it by the 'use by' date, although that's never happened with me. I keep a measuring cup in the cannister so I always know exactly how much to use. I've bought it multiple times.

Excellent product! Good service and convenient to order. I commend LeRoy on his handling of recent order - mail carrier delivered it to wrong address, nothing due to Weaver's Market though.
