We are very happy with the results we get from your product. It has been very reliable in jelling in all of our jellies. We make jellies with 3 basic fruits and 5 added fruits or flavors. The basic fruit consist of oranges,grapes, or Japanese plums. With those is added strawberry, pineapple, cinnamon, mint, or japalino. Our jars are 8 ounce jars.
